Using industry standard Application Programming Interfaces (APIs), including Microsoft's TAPI II
Open Standard, Genticity's Customer1 Telephony Integration Module provides hooks into most of
today's switches and dialers for fast screen pops and a streamlined system.
The heart of the Customer1 Integration Module is Genticity's Link Module Library (LML).
Our LML provides standard linkages and communication with, and provides control over, all of
the most popular telephony switches, including links with many Voice Over IP (VOIP) providers.
The LML provides a robust and steadily evolving connection between the computer and the
telephone, to successfully coordinate all call activity and bridge the gap between the
desktop and the customer switch, or dialer, thus providing a streamlined and integrated solution.
This also means that Genticity customers can leverage their existing technology without replacing
expensive components with an even more expensive "all in one" Contact Center solution.
