Mohammad has more than 30 years of leadership experience in the technology field. He has been a co-founder and chief executive officer of technology-based companies including Canadian Development and Marketing Corporation (CDM), CDM Information Inc. and HelpCaster Technologies Inc., and he was the principal private-sector architect and co-founder of Teranet Inc. Mohammad Al Zaibak has served on the boards of the Canadian Chamber of Commerce, Teramira Holdings Inc. and Teranet Inc. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Canadian Council of Christians and Jews (CCCJ), a founding luminary and a member of the Board of Directors of Luminato, a cabinet member of Trinity College’s Endowment Campaign and a member of the Advisory Council of the Mosaic Institute.

Mohammad is a graduate of the Harvard School of Business Administration (OPM XII) and the Institute of Corporate Directors (ICD) and holds a B.Sc. Engineering degree in Telecommunications and Electro-Physics from Alexandria University.
